Sign up and list your sessions
Create an account, connect Stripe for payments, and add your activities with schedules, pricing, and capacity. It takes about 10 minutes. Prefer not to do it yourself? Contact our team and we'll create your listings for you.

Step 2
Customers find and book you
Your sessions appear in HIKI's search when they match a customer's location, schedule, and preferences. Customers compare options, book, and pay online — you receive an instant confirmation.

Step 3
Run the session, get paid automatically
Deliver your session as usual. After the booking, Stripe settles your payout automatically — the booking amount minus our commission, deposited directly to your bank account.

Commission is 50% of the standard rate at the time of each booking (currently 4% vs 8%). VAT is added per Schedule B of the Provider Agreement. Limited to the first 30 providers who complete onboarding with at least one published activity with at least 4 bookable instances within 30 days. Provider must operate at least one venue in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen).
What we are (and aren't)
Single sessions only
HIKI lists individual sports and exercise sessions with a specific date and time: drop-in fitness classes, single-entry gym passes, court or pitch reservations, guided training sessions. No courses, memberships, or multi-session packages.
A discovery channel, not a dependency
We help new customers find you. We actively encourage people who enjoy your service to book directly from you for return visits. HIKI is how they discover you — not how they stay.
No lock-in, no exclusivity
Remove or pause your listings at any time. No notice period, no penalties, no exit fees. List the same sessions on other platforms or your own website. Set different prices on each channel if you want.
Secure payments via Stripe
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. You set up an account during onboarding — it takes a few minutes. Payouts settle directly to your bank account, automatically.
